Hitting new heights

We are delighted to announce the recent promotion of Katie Squire to Associate Partner, who has been awarded a shiny new blue pen in recognition of her promotion, reflecting the importance of what she signs as well as the colour of her favourite football club, Chelsea!

This is a big step for Katie and for Anova as we invest in the expansion of our management team, to support our growth which has been strong over the last couple of years, both organically (exceeding 10% top line growth last year alone), and by acquisition following last year’s merger with Bob Gogarty’s firm in Southwick, and this should continue with acquisitions in the pipeline…… More news to follow!

Katie will continue to look after her portfolio of mainly owner-managed businesses and charity clients, as well as taking on some practice management responsibilities such as staff training and overseeing student enrolment.

We are also pleased to support Katie through the ICAEW ‘Developing Leadership in Practice’ (DLiP) programme, a four-month programme run by experienced industry leaders providing a unique insight into the demands of being a Partner in practice, today.
